~Interview with Codi Gary~

Codi, thank you so much for taking the time to chat with us over at Twin Sisters Rockin’ Book Reviews today.  We are excited to have you here, and can't wait to share your insight with everyone, so let's get started.

What’s your all-time favorite book?

For the Roses by Julie Garwood. Read it when I was 15 after I had my heart broken and it made me laugh, cry, and feel better all around.

What was your inspiration for the Rock Canyon Series?

Idaho itself and all the small towns I’ve lived in before moving there.

Do you have a favorite character from your books?

Chase and Gracie are my favorites.
Can you tell the readers a little bit about your New Release, BAD GIRLS DON’T MARRY MARINES

Bad Girls is about Valerie Willis, the middle daughter of a local politician and Justin Silverton, the former marine/farmer who stole a kiss when she was sixteen, and because of her father’s hatred for his, was the cause of her being sent away. Back after a messy divorce to a man she didn’t love, Val just wants to live a simple life with no attachments…but Justin has other ideas.

Did you have the next few books planned?

I have the next four books planned with detailed synopses and scene notes. The next book will feature Val’s sister and she gets stuck in an interesting living situation.

Do you have any advice for aspiring romance writers?

If you don’t try, nothing is going to change. Stop sitting on your buttowski, worried people won’t like your book and put it out there.

Any new projects you would like to share with us today?

Not yet, but maybe soon. ;-)

Where can readers find you?

Readers can find me on Facebook (codigarysbooks), twitter (codigary), and website www.codigarysbooks.com. If they ever want to email me, my addy is codigarysbooks@gmail.com. I love hearing from you and answering questions!
