Savannah wants a divorce!  Why you ask? How would you feel if the man you married dumped you with his family and left you for three years?  Of course, you plan to confront the man and get closure!

That’s where the plan got a little fuzzy.  In one version, she knocked on Nathan Drake’s door and punched him right in the mouth for abandoning her three days after their ill-advised Las Vegas elopement.

Nathan had wanted to give Savannah time to accept him and himself time to become what she wanted and deserved.

He’s wanted her even though he wasn’t right for her at the time. Had wanted to make it so she would wait for him to be right.

Savannah must make a choice to give Nathan a chance or walk away.  Nathan doesn’t want a divorce, he wants his wife.

“Those plane tickets. I talked to Nathan.” Talked. Hah.  “He doesn’t want a divorce.  He wants to stay married. To be together.”

Nathan pulls out a plan that will keep her by his side.  But will she accept it and stay or still ask for a divorce.

Savannah warily pivoted to face him.  “What?” Nathan’s lips kicked up in a wicked smile. “What, what?” She narrowed her eyes. “What?” “Be my slave.  I’ll give you the house in exchange.”  “Slavery is illegal,” she said coldly.  “Not the kind I have in mind, sweetheart”

Once Upon a Billionaire is the fourth book in the Billionaire Boys Club series by Jessica Clare, and it is an hysterically entertaining contemporary romance story. I was laughing so hard at times I had to put my Kindle down. The author builds each character’s personality based on their background and upbringing. The couple shares no similarities; they are complete opposites. Griffin Verdi is the stuffy aristocrat from Bellissime. Maylee Meriweather is the good ole gal from the Deep South. As refined and educated as he is; Maylee is the adorable backwoods country sweetheart. Together they are hilarious!

“Because a man who kisses a slobbery dog simply to make his woman smile is a pathetic figure indeed?”

When Griffin’s assistant is unable to travel to the royal wedding with him, he is left searching last moment for a replacement. His friend, Hunter, offers his assistant as a temporary replacement for the trip. Griffin has no other choice but to accept not realizing the joke being played on him.

Winning the Player was a sweet romantic story about a second chance at love. Some parts of the book seemed a little forced, but overall it’s an enjoyable read.

From the beginning, I was intrigued by the magnetic person who is Jonathan Drazen. He is a bizillionare, extraordinaire with a stark past love that broke his heart into many hopeless pieces. Monica is an exceptional musician and singer who just needs a break to make it big! She is full of life and excitement with a never regret attitude. Never having met, Monica works for Jonathan in one of his restaurants. When this chance meeting occurs, both are left feeling drawn to the other.

Jonathan can't give Monica more than his body, and for a while Monica is fine with that. However, things get interesting when it gets a bit spicier in bed and Jonathan is hopelessly subdued by Monica's submissive behaviors. I loved the fact that Monica was self-sufficient and not looking to find Mr. Right in any capacity. She wanted to concentrate on her career of singing and that did not include a man. Although, it didn't take long for Jonathan to realize that he was finally able to move on from his past and embrace the newfound love he was beginning to carry for the lounge singer, his natural submissive, Monica.

I really enjoyed the tantalizing, romanticizing and ever promising story line. Unfortunately, it left me hanging on the edge. So, I am anticipating avariciously all the ways the finale will occur. Bring it on CD Reiss, I look forward to it...Grēta

This book is filled with family secrets, secret love, and just plain ole secrets. Preston has a whole separate life that nobody knows about. Not even his closest friends. Getting involved with Amanda could threaten to expose everything he had worked so hard to keep secret, but can he resist he? He also knows that Marcus would never allow it to happen.

“But when we find that one person who completes us, we don’t give up. No matter how bad we screwed up. We make it right.”

As Preston and Amanda get closer to each other, it becomes harder for them to hide their feelings from their friends and harder for Preston to hide his other life from Amanda. When it all comes out, can they get past it all? I felt like I was a fly on the wall of their secret love story.

Through the multiple dips and turns this book takes, it's constantly throwing wrenches in the twisted love story between a craving naughty nurse, Katilla, for some eye candy pediatrician doctor, Kenneth. The author goes into explicit detail in every aspect of this book from the actual hospital scenes to the steamy bedroom scenes. The plot is outrageously unpredictable but keeps you wanting it to change so bad you continue to read on. The outlandish twists have you aroused, sickened, and swooning to know how this love story ends.

Aiden Sanchez is a captivatingly appealing and mystifying character. I was drawn to him immediately by his leather and motorcycle riding. However, Aiden's secret is that he's a jaguar shadow shifter, who wants nothing more than to forget his heritage. Grace Kincaid is a soft, naive young woman, pursuing her dreams on her own at college. She is desperately trying to get away from her parents unending pressure, tight grips and their maniacal plots of accusatory formalities.

The story takes place on a college campus, full of life, and excitement, but there is also an heir of lust and darkness throughout the campus. The couple is thrust together by an undeniable force of mating. Though fighting their feelings was never an option. It just stands to reason that no matter what the circumstances, natures force cannot be denied. As is the case with Aiden and Grace. Like a magnet, they are drawn together in a whirl wind of lust and love. Although I would've liked more, this book was a good quick read, to surely give the reader a glimpse of indisputable enchantment...Grēta

I loved this book! This is the first book I’ve read by Lynn Raye Harris and I’m hooked. Dangerously Hot is the fourth book in Hostile Operations Team series. Lucky and Kev’s characters are well developed, intricately woven together and the plot will keep you hanging on the edge of your seat. This book has action and drama. Once you start you are in for a roller coaster of a read!

HOT operator Kevin “Big Mac” McDonald rescued Lucky from the insane terrorist and leader of the Freedom Force, Al Ahmad. Kev is a sexy alpha with an insane Alabama drawl that is so swoon worthy. From the first day he met Lucky, he has been attracted to her, but felt she deserved better than what he could offer her.

“Lucky” San Ramos, a former Army linguist, felt abandoned by Kev, and struggles daily to keep the nightmares from her captivity at bay. She battles with her feelings for Kev. Not sure how he feels for her.

Upon learning that Al Ahmad is alive Lucky and Kev go undercover to find and capture her tormentor. Then the action begins; bombs exploding, guns firing, HOT operatives falling in love. Could they find love after all they endured? This is an amazing military romantic suspense read and wonderfully written. I highly recommend this book – so give it a try!

She slipped past him, and onto the wings of the stage. Her gaze fell on Mr. Voice who was tall, dark and smokin’ hot.
Holy shit, I want to lick him.
Scuffed combat boots were laced up over black leather pants that clung to muscular thighs, and his black shirt molded to the most impressive set of abs she had ever seen. Roxy wanted to trace the ridges with her fingertips.
