~Review: Tag Chaser (Chasers #1) by Kandi Steiner~

Paisley Bronson is a 27 year old successful advertising professional, but the most exciting part of her life happens outside of work. Claiming the life of a tag chaser toward the end of her college career has taught her one thing - never get too close. She has enjoyed her dating lifestyle, but when her best friend makes a bet that she won't ever be able to date a normal guy, her competitive nature takes control and she vows to change the game.

When Paisley meets the incredibly handsome and practically perfect Corbin Ray, she begins to think keeping her word might be easier than she thought. But when an accidental discovery reveals that Corbin is in the Army, she knows she must run the other way and never look back. Although it kills her, she aims to move on and look for a new prospect.

There's just one small problem.

Paisley's been assigned a new client at work, and his name is Corbin Ray.

Will Paisley and Corbin give in to the chemistry between them, or will their past and present complications keep them apart?

Immerse yourself in this fun and irresistibly naughty game of cat and mouse.

Overall Rating:  4 Rockin’ ★★★★

Events from the past always have a way of affecting the future and that is what has happened to Paisley Bronson.  She has spent the years since graduating from college chasing tags!  For those of you that don’t know what that is, it is going after guys with dog tags.  That’s right military hotties that want a good time with no commitment. Guys that are constantly leaving for tours of duty are guys that are safe because they are not long term, lasting relationship material. When her best friend challenges Paisley to a one year bet that entails no dating military guys and a pair of Jimmy Choos as the prize she agrees to the terms of the bet.  Paisley also has to tell her friend why she has avoided dating anyone but one night stands if she loses.   There is no way she plans on losing and having to come clean about why she is a tag chaser.

While Paisley and McKenzie are out clubbing she is recused by an amazing man, Corbin Ray, that she dubs ‘Dreamboat’.  Paisley and Corbin share an instant attraction to each other that continues to evolve from attraction to love.  Everything is hot and heavy until Paisley realizes that Corbin is ARMY!  She leaves him without any way to contact one another and can’t seem to forget the way he made her feel.  When Paisley walks into her bosses offices and is introduced to her new client she is not prepared for it to be Corbin Ray.  He is there to get her help with opening a Gym in the Orlando area.  Corbin has everything ready to open his gym, he just has to wait until his deployment is over in ten months to start.

With the bet looming over her and Corbin leaving is there a future for this relationship before it even begins?  Will Paisley continue to protect her damaged soul or can Corbin help mend her?  This is a beautiful story and I urge you to read it! Fantastic story, Kandi!
