Whiskey Nights by Fabiola Francisco is a great story with an intricately woven plot. Ms. Francisco has created a beautiful love story with a true southern twist. I was captured by the genuineness of the piece and I loved the Southern Charm! I could totally relate to the characters and I was rooting for, as well as crying with the characters as the story unfolded.
Beth has been fighting her attraction for the flirtatious Jacob Green for some time. That one night last New Year's Eve, he took her breath away and captured her heart. The attraction is unanimous and is smoldering between them. Beth knows what she wants but is scared that he will break her. Can she take a chance on this attraction and see what happens?
Jake has been flirting with Beth since he met her. He has a one track mind when it comes to this little vixen. But even she doesn’t realize the depth of his yearning. When he had the chance to kiss her on New Year's Eve, he took it, but ever since he can't get her out of his mind. How can he convince her that she is the one he wants? Will she feel the same about him?
This story will make you feel so many emotions. The interaction between Beth and Jake is sexy and sweet at the same time! The friendships that develop between all of the characters, is a true high point in this book. The way the author used them to support each other is brilliant and a remarkable part of the story.
