~Review: Rule of Three (Rule of Three #1) by Kelly Jamieson~

If you follow the rules, you miss all the fun...

Kassidy is a good girl who wants to be bad. Dag is a bad boy who is very, very good. And Chris? He likes to watch…

When wicked-sexy Dag returns to Chicago to catch up with his old college buddy Chris and meet The Girlfriend, none of them are anticipating the unexpected turn of events that switches a loving twosome into a scorching hot threesome. As old feelings resurface, and new attractions are explored, a storm of sexual sparks is unleashed that leads them into forbidden areas.

Always the good girl, Kassidy blossoms under the attentions of two loving men, but neither she nor Chris are expecting the ménage to take a quarter turn toward Dag…and his feelings for Chris. When it’s revealed that Dag’s attraction to Chris is one big reason he left town, a tangled mess of old hurts and new feelings might destroy friendship. Love. Might destroy everything.

Product Warnings: This book contains a couple already in love, a couple falling in love and a couple in love who didn’t know it; also multiple scorching sex scenes including girl with boy, girl with two boys, boy with boy and two boys with girl...whew!

Overall Rating:  4.5 Rockin’ ★★★★☆

Kassidy loves Chris and Chris loves Kassidy!  They love each other and are ready to kick it up to the next level in their relationship so they buy a condo together and move in.  Chris is Mr. Straight and Narrow and Kassidy is Miss I’m Perfect and both are happy with who and where they are with their lives  Enters Mr. I’m A Bad Boy, Dag and nothing from that point will ever be the same.  Chris and Dag were best friends in college so it was only natural that they plan a get together with some of their old college friends that still lived in the area.  Now the fun really begins when Dag and Kass find out that they are attracted to each other and that Chris likes to watch.

“Chris is watching,” Dag said.  “Yes.”  “He likes to watch.”  Dag knew that about him?

Even good girls can be tempted when you have two men that want to make you feel good.  Chris, Dag and Kass barely make it home before the good times start to roll.  Dag tells Kass about the times that Chris and he shared threesomes during college.  The men give her an up close and personal experience of how good it can be with three.  Kass decides that it’s not really bad enjoying the time they have together and feels a need to keep Dag with her and Chris.

They moved to the bedroom in what was becoming a familiar rhythm of three.

Will they be able to overcome the prejudices of their friends and family to make their relationship work? Can three become one as a family?  How will Dag’s secret desires upset Chris and Kass? Will they find a rhythm for three?

Hero –Chris: 4.5 stars
Hero-Dag Spencer: 4.5 stars
Heroine –Kassidy Langdon: 4.5 stars
Steam: 5 stars
Plot: 4 stars
Cliffhanger: Yes

Would I recommend this book: Yes! Is it possible for three people to have a happy, healthy relationship?  In this book our three main characters find a balance of love, laughter and really HAWT bedroom activities.  This is really an excellent example that Ménage a Trios’ can really work and work well. Great read if you would like lessons on how three in a bed is done and a relationship can flourish.

Would I read other books by this author: Yes! Love the way the author used a good girl, a good boy and a really bad boy that needed to be loved.  I am already ready to read the next book about this trio.
