Rain Shadow Book 5 of 5

The Barringer Brothers Series

Overall Rating:  5 Rockin’ ★★★★

Prepare yourself to rant, pace, cry and feel absolutely helpless as you read the most recent entry in Luke and Angel’s story. Luke and Angel’s story has been rampant with violence, danger, love, lust and a struggle to find a way to survive the fallout from circumstances beyond their control.  This is the final puzzle piece that completes the mystery filled five part thriller.  Each segment answered some of the questions raised but nothing can prepare the reader for the unexpected finale.

Luke is faced with the need to protect Angel and her need to live life without the constraints she lived with at her grandfather’s compound.  He also has the added responsibility of keeping Jericho and Cash out of trouble while helping them find their way away from the MC life.  The call from his superior reinstating him back on the force causes him immense pain and anxiety about leaving Angel unprotected.  With him out of the way and only Jericho and Cash watching over her it opens the door her grandfather to try and kidnap her again.  Everyone is on edge not knowing what will happen next and where it will come from!

Luke has a theory that if proven correct may cost him Angel.  Will she stay with him when she finds out what he has uncovered?  Can he protect her from the evil that is her grandfather?  Is there a future for Luke and Angel?  Read this final account of their story to discover the truths that are revealed and totally unexpected!

Would I recommend this book: Yes! Love can conquer all when fate intercedes.  This is a beautiful romance even if it rough around the edges at times.  If you love books that involve hot sexy men, a sexy beautiful woman and lots of danger this will be a great read for you.

Would I recommend this author: Yes! I would highly recommend this author to anyone that loves well written romances with characters that are so real they seem to come off the written page.  Ms. Oliver’s books get better with each one she publishes.
