Angelina is living a nightmare. She is being held hostage and kept compliant with threats to the other women that are being held captives with her. When she opened the door and saw Adam, her first thought was that he would save her. The cost however was too great to allow her to think only of herself. It was the most difficult thing she had ever done, to look at her only love and deny him. How can she get away? Is there a way to save the other women and escape? Will Adam see through her actions and return for her?
Adam Pride life is in shambles. The woman he loves, his Angel is married and wants nothing to do with him. He has lost his place with the VC Warriors as a warrior in training. Can he find his way back? With the loss of Angel the only thing that is important is to convince his brothers to take him back. Would I recommend this book: Yes! Wow, so many things take place in this book that it is difficult to focus on one thread of the story! Love that was lost is found, a new evil tries to destroy the VC Warriors and their allies, while new directions are taken to insure the safety of all.
Would I recommend this author: Yes! Teresa Gabelman continues to amaze with each book that she creates! The world of the VC Warriors is a world that you will not want to miss because once read you will be addicted.
