If it’s not broke don’t fix it. That was Cash’s motto in life, and his life was perfect. He was living the life of the lieutenant of The Last Riders, and had women at his beck and call. The only thing he saw himself settling down with in the future was a twelve pack; certainly not Rachel Porter, who was on his short no fuck list. Hell, she wasn’t even his type—her tits were too small, and her mean mouth could shrivel a man’s dick. How was he supposed to know she was special and worth putting up with those weed-producing hillbillies? Or was she?
Rachel had lived her whole life watching Cash break one woman’s heart after another. He was everything she shouldn’t want; a bad boy biker with enough sex appeal to make any woman want a night in his bed. Even her. Heck, he wasn’t even her type—he didn’t know when to keep his mouth shut, and he lived in a sex club. How was she supposed to know that he was special and worth putting up with the biker wars and biker bitches? Or was he?
Overall Rating: 5 Rockin’ ★★★★★
Jamie Begley once again delivers a remarkable story in her newest book Cash's Fight. This is the fifth book in The Last Riders series. There are new character introduced as well as the threads of previous ones continued. This is Cash and Rachel's story, but it delivers insight into the lives of everyone we have come to know and love.
The saying, “you can never go back home” haunted Cash until the day his MC purchased land for their club and it allowed him to return. The trauma of his early years while living in the small town of Treepoint had left scars on his soul and an ache in his heart. Cash is a member of the Last Riders MC and considered one of the best trackers around. He is acting as a liaison between his club and the Destructors a MC from a nearby town. The word is out that a new club is trying to move in on the Destructors and take over turf in Jamestown. Cash has been asked to investigate and find out all he can about what is going on because this new club is rumored to be large enough to cause problems for both the Destructors and the Last Riders. When Cash runs into Rachel Porter in the woods he realizes that she has grown up and a woman now, not a young girl any more.
Rachel Porter had crushed on Cash Adams as long as she could remember and looked on him as a knight in shining armor. A relationship between an Adams and a Porter was never going to happen; her brothers would kill Cash first. It already felt like the Hatfields and the McCoy’s whenever the two families crossed paths so there was not a chance for anything between them. Even though she longs for Cash, she can never be one of his whores or be a part of his MC life. She wants a home, a family and a faithful husband. Rachel is so much more than anyone knows including her family; she is presently writing her dissertation for her doctorate; has the ability to heal others and an affinity with plants and their uses as natural medicinal remedies. She is the person that puts others before herself, solves problems for other and tries to take care of everyone.
Things really begin to change for the inhabitants of Treepoint when a new MC called the Freedom Riders comes sniffing around the area. Cash is beside himself when three of them approach Rachel at the dinner and get real friendly. Rachel belongs to him, even if she doesn’t know it yet. When Cash is in a life threatening accident, Rachel uses her healing ability to bring him back from the point of death. Will this be the turning point in their relationship? Can they overcome her family’s prejudices? Will Rachel accept his lifestyle?

Would I recommend this book: Yes! This book is Jamie Begley at her best! It is filled with action, mystery, hot sex and believe it or not a happily ever after! When I received this book I could not put it down until I finished the last page…it was that good!
Would I read other books by this author: Yes! The author once again has out done herself with another book in The Last Riders series. My only problem is that I don’t have the next one to read right now!
