Review of Exposed (Ethan Frost #3) by Tracy Wolff

Ethan Frost, the irresistible leading man from the New York Times bestsellers Ruined and Addicted, returns once again in Exposed—a novel that’s perfect for fans of J. Kenner and Sylvia Day.

Will Ethan Frost go too far for the woman he loves?

The moment Chloe Girard walked into my life, she exposed secrets and emotions I always thought were best kept buried.

She wants to move on, to ignore the past. But I can’t do that. Not when she still suffers. And not when the man who hurt her remains unscathed. So when I discover the perfect opportunity to make him pay for what he did to Chloe, I can’t walk away, no matter the consequences.

But there’s a fine line between justice and obsession. As I turn up old crimes and new lies, I know that I’m playing with fire—and risking the very foundations of our relationship.

My love for Chloe is absolute. I just hope it’s enough to save us both.

Overall Rating:  4.5 Rockin’ ★★★★☆
When you have loved, believed in and protected someone all their life, how do you accept that they are not who you thought they were?  In Exposed the next Ethan Frost novel by author Tracy Wolff our hero must face this dilemma.  The younger brother that he has repeatedly bailed out of repeated bad situations is really a monster! A rapist, that Ethan and his parents had helped by enabling him with a get out of jail card over and over again.  The monster that had almost destroyed the woman Ethan loves. This is a journey of retribution and redemption for our two main characters, Chloe and Ethan.

Sometimes the search for justice can lead to destruction and obsession without healing the past.  Ethan and Chloe have found their way back to each other and are trying to move forward, together.  But, Ethan cannot forgive and forget his part in his brother’s life. The part that he played had allowed Chloe to suffer from his brother’s cruelty and depravity.  Now his mother wants him to back his brother for the Senate with a future that could lead to the White House.  How can he let this happen?  How can his family continue to hide the truth?

Decisions will be made. Consequences will be faced.  The future is uncertain, but there is one thing that will hold fast and steady, Ethan and Chloe’s love for each other. Standing side by side they will face the turmoil together.
