Book Review of Captive Films 2.3 by Jillian Dodd

captive films 2.3.jpg

In reality TV form, this series follows the lives and loves of those who work at Captive Films.

Hot, successful, playboy Riley Johnson, whose business success far exceeds his success in love.
Movie star, Keatyn Douglas, whose epic love story has spawned a series of books and movies.
And Dawson Johnson, who joins Captive with a tragic past.
Expect lots of drama, sex, and tabloid-worthy events.

Fans of the USA TODAY bestselling series, The Keatyn Chronicles®, will love  reconnecting with their favorite characters as adults.

Each Captive Films season contains six episodes, two in each volume.
Think of it as a TV show you hold in your hands!

So tune in and enjoy this week's drama.

Please note that as the characters have grown up, so have their stories. This contemporary romance is intended for readers 18+.

Overall Rating:  4 Rockin’ ★★★★
This is a collective review of Captive Films Season 2 that includes all three volumes.  Jillian Dodd is masterful at delivering her newest season that includes a gigantic question mark that leaves her readers yearning for the next installment. While wondering at the same time what in the world happens next!

We delve into the lives of Riley, Dawson, Jennifer and Knox as they head to Vegas for a business trip that turns into anything but business.  Having not read the Keatyn Chronicles, I still was pleasantly surprised and entertained.  The multiple points of view and various scenes kept me engrossed.  The characters are multi-dimensional and the author does a great job of capturing you in her soap opera - book style!

Hero – 4 stars
Heroine –   4 stars
