***Amazon top 100 Bestselling in Contemporary Romance/ Coming-of-Age/Historical Romance/Historical Romance Regency/ Erotica Humorous***

I'm addicted to writing. I've written 26 romance novels in 25 years, but I just started releasing them in May 2014 because frankly there are some things inside them I wasn't sure I wanted my daughters to read. The nest is empty, my girls all grown, so now I'm letting loose.

I believe in the adage; Don't judge a book by it's cover! Definitely the case with The Girl on the Half Shell. Perfect looking lives are not perfect. We all have our own challenges to overcome! It's a theme in the books I've written and I cover a wide range of contemporary issues in stories ranging from raw and steamy, to gut wrenching, to happy happily ever after.

My first release The Girl on the Half Shell is my most intense novel, the first in the Half Shell Series and the one I had to wait until I had no kids at home to release.

My Perfect Forever Series is definitely happy happily ever after. The first in this line of books was released June 2014 with The Signature.

My current releases include: The Girl on the Half Shell; The Girl of Tokens & Tears; The Signature; Rewind; One Last Kiss; One More Kiss; When the Perfect Comes; Face to Face; Love’s Patient Fury.

I've been in love with the Romance novel since I read my first Kathleen Woodiwiss book, and it seems to me that beyond a steamy fun read, a good romance novel is so much more: it's women empowering women. We share. We learn.

So about me? I'm as eclectic as my books. A mom. A grandmother. A business owner. A writer of romance. An advocate for clean air and the environment. A wife and an animal lover. The best way to explain me is that once in a talent contest I played classical piano followed by a chopsticks duet with my toes. That pretty much sums up how I've lived my life!

Jeez, it’s a sexy voice. British and raspy. I don’t recognize the voice. Who is this guy? I struggle to pick out more detail of my companion. He rises, and I can see that he tall, muscled, and graceful of movement. I wish I could see his face.

“Close your eyes,” says the voice on the intercom.

“Just do it.”

I close my eyes. There is something so imperative about his manner that disobeying doesn’t seem an option. The studio door opens. There is the sound of bare feet against floor. The warm presence of a body moves into me.

“Don’t open your eyes. I’m not going to hurt you and if you open your eyes this will do you no good.”

“It won’t?”

My fingers tighten around the neck of the cello.

“No.” I feel the displacement of air that follows movement and then the heat of him even closer. “You are a very beautiful girl.”

“What?” I don’t know what to say to that.

I start to ease back but he stops me. “You are a very talented girl,” he whispers. “You are going to be remarkable at your audition. And you should most definitely play the Bach. It was flawless.”

I try to speak. His fingers touch across my lips to silence me. He leans forward and I am paralyzed just feeling his body near me. I haven’t even seen his face and I’m wondering what it would be like to be kissed by him. His voice is a seduction. His words. The way he turns them on his lips.

He takes a deep breath. On my cheek there is the whispering touch of a fingertip. The skin is rough and hardened. The kind of harshness you get from years of working the metal strings of a guitar. But somehow he knows how to touch with them so they are like a velvet seduction. Like his voice. A little raspy. A little rough. A velvet seduction. His touch moves down my face to trace my lower lip. The play of him leaves me frantic and weak. He puts a light kiss on my forehead and then I feel him moving away.

NO! That’s wrong. All that just to kiss me on the forehead?

“Open your eyes. Don’t hit me. It was a kiss for luck.”

“I wasn’t going to hit you. It was a peck, not a kiss. Downright…”

Oh my god!  He is crouched down in front of me and only inches from me is a face I’ve seen a thousand times from a poster hanging on my wall in my dorm room. He doesn’t look at all like he does in his music videos, and stepping out of the TV definitely improves him. I like him better this way:  simple jeans, a loose fitting t-shirt and what is surely one of Jack’s worn long-sleeve flannels. Even if I didn’t own every scrap of music he’s ever recorded, even if I hadn’t seen every video, I would have been blown away just looking at his face.

Alan Manzone is beautiful. He has lustrous black, unkempt shoulder length hair. I don’t really like long hair on guys, but oh, on this guy it is perfect. It frames his face and softens the features that would have been too strongly carved without it, especially with those dangerously intense black eyes. God, they are true black. I’ve never seen such a thing before, and they’ve got giant iridescent irises flecked with shimmers.

He doesn’t move. I don’t move. He doesn’t speak. I don’t speak. OK, whatever game this is it is working very well.

I fight to recover from the shock of finding him, and realize he’s watching me and expecting some kind of reaction. He knows exactly what he is doing to me with his little drama and he’s enjoying it.  His smugness reminds me of Neil and that makes my temper flare. Oh no, Mr. Sexy British Rocker, I am not going to play your game and make a fool of myself. Some other guy has already made a fool of me tonight.

PictureKaley Stanton has it all: beauty, brains, and a promising future as an independent documentary filmmaker. What she doesn’t have is the love of her life, Bobby Rowen. A drunken night and a big mistake has Bobby walking out her life.

Bobby Rowan has known since high school that Kaley is the only girl for him. Letting her go was the hardest thing he ever had to do, but he was certain it was the only way to truly keep her.

Will a chance encounter help these two young lovers rewind their mistakes and finally become a Perfect Forever couple?

Kaley is about to find out…

Krystal is a famous singer turned fugitive ex-wife charged with kidnapping. Morgan is the superstar in love with her and desperate to bring her back to safety. Devon is the reporter sent to deliver the message.

To protect her daughter from her deranged ex, she constructs an identity far removed from the once glitzy existence she shared with her fiancé Morgan.
Teaching music to children and living in a modest dwelling in nearly total isolation proves the perfect cover against discovery. Krystal feels safe after hiding successfully for two years, but she is unprepared when a new complication threatens her artfully constructed identity: the arrival of Devon Howard.
Is there more to Devon’s tale about his relocation to Oregon to finish his novel? Is her neighbor really harmless? And can Krystal keep herself safe from the powerful attraction she feels for Devon? Does love and the truth conquer all?
Krystal is about to find out…

Linda is on a mission to find her father. Her journey  to locate the gifted musician who abandoned her before she was born takes her through the steamy and drug fueled world of the LA music scene where she is rapidly climbing the ranks as a prime groupie sought after by the brilliant and talented men of  rock music.

Jackson Parker is a living music legend from the ‘60s.  But hard living, the death of his wife, private tragedies, and a personal life in shambles sends him on a downward spiral into despair.

Together these two broken and desperate souls collide in a passionate affair that is impossible for either of them resist. Together they each find the solace they need: a man searching for peace and a girl searching for closure. One thing is certain, their chance meeting has kicked off an affair without end…

Lady Meredith Ann Merrick does not want to be tamed by a man.

Varian Morgan is a man no woman can resist.

Thrown together on a ship, will Varian’s charms conquer Meredith’s love of freedom?

Meredith is born at time when women have but two choices: marry or face social ruin. Determined to master her own fate when her father concocts a devious plan to force her into marriage; she takes matters into her own hands. She embarks on a foolhardy adventure to free herself from an impending marriage contract, only to find herself trapped by the mysterious and beguiling Varian Morgan.

Varian Morgan is a man of myth and legend. Known as much for his exploits with women, as for his for his piracy on the high seas; a vexing young girl, taken hostage in Cornwall, is no challenge for his prowess. When it becomes clear that she is hiding something from him, it only makes him more determined to ignore his desires and withhold from her the pleasures of his bed.

Trapped on a ship of men, the last thing Meredith anticipated was days at the mercy of a vile pirate crew and nights yearning for its captain.

When fierce arguments give way to fiery passion, is desire enough to make a girl determined to remain free of men, be willing captive in the bed of a sinister pirate, who is a master of seduction?

Book Recommendation & Review of Angel's Halo (Angel's Halo MC #1) by Terri Anne Browning

Creswell Springs was a small town in Trinity Count, California. Population 1,500—maybe. It’s a quiet town, with small town values. Its greatest income is the University just outside of the town limits… and the revenue the local Motorcycle Club brings in.

Being part of the MC that was Angel’s Halo was exactly like being part of a family. A scary, powerful, crazy family. It was also like its own society. There are rules, just as there are in every family, every society. But only breaking one of their rules will leave you in a broken, blood pile on the floor…
No one touches Raven Hannigan.

I was the MC’s only weakness. Or so my father use to tell me as I was growing up. Mad Max Hannigan was once Angel’s Halos’ president. He made the rules and everyone was expected to follow them or come face to fist with the enforcer…
I have spent my life in the middle of the MC. I knew the rules—the penalties for breaking those rules. So I knew what would happen to him if I let him break the golden rule… But I loved him, like I have never loved anyone or anything before. I thought my love would protect him.
Of course it hadn’t. When our secret was discovered he was beaten.
So I shouldn’t blame him for leaving me…

As the enforcer I knew the consequences. Knew exactly what was in store for me when Raven’s family found out that I had dared to break my MC’s unforgivable rule. I loved her, so it didn’t matter to me. When her oldest brother delivered my punishment I didn’t scream. Didn’t groan. I took it like the man my MC had made me, and would have done it over and over again if that was what it took to be able to call Raven Hannigan mine.
But then my past reared its ugly head and I had a choice to make. One that I have only lived to regret.
Taking on the job as Angel’s Halos’ new president was my second chance. But… would my secrets destroy everything Raven and I once had?

Overall Rating:  4.5 Rockin’ ★★★★☆

This is the first book in the Angel’s Halo series by author extraordinaire, Terri Anne Browning.  It is an amazing look at life as a daughter of the founder of an MC and the sister to five older brothers!  How can a girl possibly get a break with a family like that?  Everyone knows not to look at, touch or show any interest in the first daughter of the club.  Raven, however, has eyes for only one brother, the club’s enforcer, Bash and one day he is going to be hers! Bash and Raven’s story will grab you from the beginning with its unique storyline, characters that you will want to get to know and strong sense of family.

Our story takes place in the small town of Creswell Springs.  Two things dominate the town, a university and a MC.  Both play an important role in the town.  The thing that they both do is supply needed revenue for the small community.  The club is ruled by Hannigan Family.  Their family runs a biker bar and the other brothers run multiple businesses in town.  When the ruling President of the club is sent to prison for killing a man, he asks his ex-enforcer to return and assume the position.  Bash left Creswell Springs and swore he would never return to MC life.  There is only reason that he would ever step back into that life, Raven Hannigan the love of his life.  She is the woman that he left behind over a year ago and has regretted leaving ever since.

When Raven finds out that Bash has returned to take over for her brother Jet, her heart is once again breaking apart.  It doesn’t matter that he wants her back, is sorry for leaving her none of that matters if he is still keeping secrets from her.  Can she trust him, let him in again? Bash is asking for a second chance to prove his love to her.

New Release: Kin Series Box Set by Jennifer Foor

The Full Kin Series including an exclusive Novella, Renew Me.

Following this family of cousins while they struggle through life and each find love.

Sky's POV

“Do you mind?”

“I’ve seen a naked chick before. It ain’t like you’re hidin’ yourself.” He didn’t take his eyes off of me.

“Please get out?” I was beet red, waiting for him to leave, looking for something to cover up my nakedness.

“I really need to get a shower.” He leaned over and turned on the water. “It is my place, you know.”

I gathered my things, while still wrapped in the towel and started to run out of the bathroom, until I caught a glimpse of him taking off his pants. Once I saw his perfectly sculpted bare ass, I just froze. He grabbed the shower curtain and took a step in, then looked back at me. “Now we’re even,
I reckon.” With a quick smile he disappeared behind the curtain.

I didn’t know if I was more embarrassed or pissed. The longer I stewed, the more I began to have flashes of his naked body. I wondered if he was in the shower thinking of mine.

This was hardly the kind of guy that I would ever think of hooking up with. He lived in the middle of nowhere. His father gave me the creeps and he thought he was hot shit.

Okay, maybe he was fun to look at.

That’s beside the point.

He was a stranger, and I was naked in his house.

Can you say stupid?

Shayne's POV

I closed my eyes and pictured what her tongue was doing while I continued to pound into her. Leesa sat up and massaged Amber’s head as she looked right at me. “Smack her ass, Shayne.” She bit her lip. “Make it hurt!”

I smacked her friend’s ass and heard her moan.

“Again. Fucking smack her!”

I smacked her ass again, this time trying my hardest to keep from exploding inside of this girl, but it was too difficult. With one last smack I leaned into her and let myself go. It felt too good to be able to control it any longer.

Joey's POV

She pulled away from my mouth and sat up straight. I caught a giggle before she climbed up and teased my face with her pussy. With it only being about six inches away, I could smell her natural essence and my dick began to throb. “You want this  pussy, don’t you?”

I grabbed her ass and shoved her cunt into my face. My lips quickly sucked in her labia and continued doing so. She tried to adjust to prepare for how good it felt to her, but I wasn’t even halfway finished with what I was doing. She tasted musky and her essence alone could probably get me off. I loved watching as I licked at her little clit and witnessed her reacting to it.

Shayne's POV

This woman had me by the balls and she didn’t even realize it. For Ash, she was waiting for me to leave her, to move on to someone else like I had in my past. For me, I couldn’t get enough.

Now topless, she sat up and faced me, allowing my palms to brush over her hardened brown nipples. My mouth watered as my hands coasted over the coarse buds. A simple moan escaped her lips as she watched me touching
her. With one gasp she was biting down on it, tightening her face as the
fulfillment started to take effect.

I climbed on top of him without struggle. Jamey got off on me becoming angry with him. I swear sometimes he picked a fight just to get me into his bed, the backseat of his car, or wherever we were for that matter.

“Don’t treat me like I mean nothin’ to you, Jamey.” I straddled his body with my own, waiting for him to reply. The shit-eating grin across his face was about to be slapped off if it didn’t fade away. His next snarky comment was the last straw for my tolerance.

“Like I said before. I do what I want. Get over it, or get the fuck out.”

I went to smack him, so hurt and distraught that he could play games with my emotions that easily.
He caught my hand before it made contact, and laughed harder. I hated that he knew me so well. “Fuck you. You say that, but I’m still here, lyin’ in your bed at night. Don’t play head games with me, Jamey. It’s not goin’ to work in your favor this time.”

Jamey pinned both of my hands at my sides. I turned away, unable to look into those light brown eyes and not think about where I was sitting, or that beneath me was probably his growing stiff cock. “You’re here because we both like to fuck. We’re friends, and you belong to me. Those are the rules and you know it. You only complain when you don’t get your way. Ain’t no woman goin’ to tell me what to do. You got that? I will go where I want. I will talk to who I want, and I will fuck -.” I couldn’t let him finish.

“No. That’s not right and you know it. It’s just me or I’m out of here.”

He let go of my hands and cocked a half-smile across his lips. “I know just what to say to get you all worked up, don’t I?” His hand brushed over one of my breasts and I turned my head away from his gaze. “Are you pissed?”

“Yeah, I’m pissed. Why do you say things that hurt me? All I wanted was for you to come to the cookout with me, eat a meal with me, and be by my side. You turned it into this; sayin’ you can fuck who you want. You’re right, Jamey. I suppose you can. I guess that if you wanted to you could tell
me to go to hell and have someone in your bed by the end of the night. If that’s what you want than obviously I can’t stop you, but I can at least leave with my dignity. Don’t treat me like a pet. I’m either your girlfriend, or I’m nothin’ at all.” For once I was standing up for myself. He wasn’t going to belittle me, not this time.

Jamey flipped us around so that he was on top of me on the bed. He stared into my eyes and wiped off my tears. “Are you afraid of losin’ me, Pey?” I felt his hand reach between my legs and cupped my pussy over the fabric of my jean shorts. “You think I’d give up this perfect pussy so easily?
You’re in my bed, because I want you there. Just because I don’t make promises don’t mean I don’t want you. Baby, there ain’t no woman around that makes my dick as hard as you do.”

I dialed again, and just before the forth ring I heard her voice. “Hello?”

“Cam, it’s me. Are you alright? I went to your room and a note says you’re gone for the weekend.”

“I’m in the Poconos. Why? What’s wrong?”

“What are you there for?” I had to ask, since the last time we’d gone it had been for a romantic getaway.

“I came here to forget about you, Parker.” In the background I heard someone calling her name. The voice was male, and it wasn’t her father.

“So that’s how it’s goin’ to be? You’re just goin’ to move on?”

“Apparently so.”

The line went silent for a moment, but I knew she was still on the other end of the call. “Good luck with that.”

This is the third book in the Carolina Bad Boys series by author extraordinaire Rie Warren. If you love the first two then you are in for a real treat with Brodie and Ashe's story.  This book can be read as a stand alone, but I would encourage you to read the first two, to get a real feel for all of the bad boys in this series.  Brodie has a major problem with Ashe and her job!  The past is sometimes hard to let go of, especially when it involves family.  In this book, past will play an important role for the future of our two mismatched lovers.

Biker Week is supposed to be wild and free for those that attend.  Brodie Steele needs some time away from all the pressures of his life and riding with his MC brothers is a great way to start.  Only problem is, the woman that he finds himself attracted to and wanting to spend time with is none other that Officer Ashe Kingston! This is the woman that arrested his sister, gives him a rough time and is off limits as far as he is concerned.  Can they call a truce for Bike Week?

Like is not easy for a single mom!  But Ashe Kingston lives her life for her daughter and will do whatever is necessary to keep her safe and happy.  Whenever the need comes for a little time with the opposite sex, she makes sure it is a one night stand only!  Then what is she doing seeing Brodie Steele?  He is not the type you take home to meet your family, and definitely not the kind to stick around. So why can't she get rid of him?  Why does he keep showing up?

The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

Coming summer 2015.

We found a nice side-by-side spot for our bikes, and I slid off mine. Before Ashe got off her bitchin’ black Triumph, I grasped her face between my palms. Leaning down, I sealed my mouth
to hers. Warm, soft, and pliable, her lips opened at my lick. A deep tangle of tongues trailed from her mouth into mine, and we made out in the parking lot for good long while.

I unclasped her helmet as I took another slow taste of her mouth. Sleek and soft, wet and hot, Ashe met me with strong lunges of her own. Her head slanted beneath my fingertips. The new angle and hot dart of her tongue made me delirious.

She gripped my arms, spread her thighs, and hooked her boots behind my legs.

When my hard cock hit the juncture of her leathers, she broke off, moaning, “Oh, God, Brodie.”

Make her moan my name before her boots hit the pavement? Consider it done.

I straightened up and held my hand out to her. “Can’t wait to hear you say that when you’re naked.”

“Did I say evil?” She placed her palm in mine. “I meant evil incarnate. You’re a teasing bastard, aren’t you?”

“Little bit.”

“Looks like a lot more than a little bit.” She stared at the straining bulge inside my pants. The seams were about to burst open, even more so with her appreciative glance.

“Got that right.” I felt smug as shit as I wrapped an arm around her waist, guiding her to the hotel.

I was less than thrilled with the jackass in the monkey suit at the reception desk.

If the dude in the ugly maroon jacket with the “Hi, My Name is Ed” nametag didn’t stop staring at Ashe’s tits, he was gonna make real good friends with my fists. Then we could call him “Dead
Ed”. Lucky for him, he handed over the room key at the same time Ashe drove her hand into my back pocket to grab my ass.

The pimply teenager valet-dude offered to take my two bags up on the wheely cart—probably looking for another fifty tip.

“I got this one, braw. But good effort. I like it.”

He grinned at me.

While we waited for the elevator, Ashe narrowed her eyes at me. “So you’re really a big softie.”

I leaned against the wall, crossed my arms, and stared at her through lowered eyelashes. A smile curled my lips. “Not sure who you’re callin’ soft.”

Her gaze darted to the obvious hard formation of my cock.

“My bad.” She tucked her pretty pink lip between her lips.

The elevator dinged, the door opened, and I grabbed her hand to pull her inside. “About to be very bad.”

As soon as the doors closed us inside the empty car, I hit the stop button. Ashe’s eyes flared silver and wide when I cornered her. I dragged my hands through the blonde hair she’d streaked in flirtatious pink, gripping it at the base of her neck. With one yank, I bared her throat. Her breasts swelled against my chest, and I bent to suckle the long column of her neck.

“Your goatee tickles.” She shivered.

“Good or bad?”

She rubbed my short whiskers with her hand. “Good.”

I sucked her skin hard, making sure to leave a mark on her neck. “Just good?”

“Really good!” Her voice rose. “Ahhh, really, really good.”

“Just wait until you feel it against your cunt,” I whispered in her ear.

Ashe rolled her hips forward to hit mine. She dug her fingers into my ass.

I cupped my hand against her mound. Her heat invaded my skin but too much fucking fabric was in my way to do her right.

“Fuck. Why aren’t you wearing a skirt?”

“Don’t do skirts.”

I ripped open the buttons on her pants and slid my fingers inside. A soft little trail of curls led to her plump wet lips.

“A skirt would be easier.” Slipping two fingers into her tight heat, I grinded the heel of my palm against her clit.
