In her newest book in the KGI series, Darkest Before Dawn the author carefully crafts a web of mystery, espionage and intrigue with her characters and their plight, that is just the tip of the ice-burg in this phenomenal read. The relentless pursuit of justice and protection of the innocent continues the ongoing theme of The Kelly Group International (KGI): in this fast paced novel. As with her other novels in this series, in book ten we are rewarded with the appearance of beloved characters from previous novels and finally get answers about one of the most notorious bad ass of them all.

Again, this is a masterfully crafted creation by an amazingly talented author, Maya Banks. Like the others in this series, I was hooked from the get go and needed to know what would happen on the next page, the next chapter. Maya Banks did not disappoint! This is a fabulous read, one that will make an excellent addition to your library.
