In the third book of the Breakneck Series, the heartbreak, drama, and violence continue with an added BDSM element. The club has decided to acquire not only a nail salon but also a BDSM club in their efforts to control and own the businesses in the town where the club resides. Life continues on for all the characters introduced in the first two books and is threaded through Shadow and Tatiana’s story.
Shadow has so many secrets but the biggest is that he is a sadist and loves to inflict pain. He knows that he should not want Tatiana because of the darkness that consumes him sexually. Tatiana is everything that he needs to stay away from regardless of the fact that she wants to explore his world, the world of BDSM. Will he be able to stay away from her and not give into his needs?
Tatiana wants Shadow and is willing to submerge herself into his world. Even though her first attempt ended badly, she still wants to learn more about it. She has wanted Shadow to see the woman she had become and give them a chance! They were friends at one time but now all she wants to do is avoid him and his attitude. When the club is once again under attack and everyone is on lockdown, will Tatiana be able to convince him to give her a chance?
As events begin to unfold and the danger to the club is revealed the reader will become enthralled by the characters as they react to the circumstances they find themselves in. This is written for a mature audience and allows the reader to use their imagination as this sexy MC world comes to life. New characters are introduced and their appearance in the story gives a new perspective to where the author will be taking this series.

Would I recommend this book: Yes. Shadow’s background in the previous book created questions that made you want to know more about ‘WHO’ he really was and those questions are answered in this book. This is a first-rate extension and addition to the series! Relationships are set while the bad guys continue to put in an appearance.
Would I recommend this author: Yes. Crystal Spears knows how to write and she does it with grit and panache. Her novels are realistic, hardcore MC romances that permit the reader to escape for a while and submerge themselves into the raw world of motorcycle clubs.
