Where do I begin…I loved this
book! Meghan Quinn is an amazing author
with a special gift that will entertain you for hours and hours. I was blown away while reading this
book. There was humor, lust, steamy sex
scenes, romance, angst and turmoil. This
book encompassed all of those emotions and left me hung out to dry! I will say the book ending was not what I
expected and I will be sitting on pins and needles until the next one is
available.
Colby Jett is the owner of an
elite gentlemen’s club in New Orleans - The Lafayette Club. It caters to the rich and powerful. He is an extremely wealthy man with an
appetite for sex with no commitment. He
finds young women and helps them start a new beginning. He is a man that gets what he wants and he has
set his desire towards Goldie.
Goldie is a feisty, spunky,
beautiful young woman that is down on her luck.
After her parents die during Hurricane Katrina leaving her with their
debt, she scrambles to make ends meet daily looking for a way out of the
slums. Make no mistake, Goldie is a survivor
and will have you laughing your booty off with her wise crack comments
throughout the story.
There is an instant chemistry
between Colby and Goldie. He is
infatuated with Goldie “aka Lo” and craves her desperately. From the first paragraph, I was owned and ready to move to NOLA! This is a great story and I highly recommend
