Beyond the Cut is an above the bar story for MC Romance readers. The main characters, Cade and Dawn, are unique. He loves his brothers, his club and women. She loves her daughters and yearns for the freedom of "club" life. What happens is unexpected, one night becomes an obsession for our playboy biker and their relationship is packed with angst and drama along with good old fashion romance with a twist. The author does an excellent job describing the one percenter’s lifestyle and at the same time captures the romantic side of the storyline.
Cade, our hero, is a dominating, sex on legs war veteran. He is returning stateside with the nightmares and loss of his former unit still haunting him. His friend, Jagger welcomes him into the Sinner's Tribe MC. He believes that a relationship requires intimacy and he has no qualm dismissing that from his life until he meets Dawn.
Dawn, our heroine, is smart, sexy and savvy. She's survived life on the streets since she left home at the age sixteen. When she met Jimmy, she believed her life was turning around, but learned the hard way that he was like everyone else, not to be trusted. She learned early to count on no one but herself to survive.
The battle of dominance in the relationship takes on a new meaning with our couple. The fireworks are entertaining as they develop into a couple. There is a mixture of brutality and abuse from her ex, and the unknown of her new life that keeps you on the edge. Although Cade desires Dawn, is he willing to give her what she truly needs? Family, security, and love? You need to read this book to find the answers for yourself!
